I had the opportunity to be an intern for two different companies, which were Vortala as a Website Editor and Cellcom a Web Content Specialist.
Vortala
May 2023 – August 2023 : Website Editor Intern
- Created multiple web pages and blog posts to complement the client’s website design, adhering to the company’s best practices and utilizing WordPress.
- I actively used Photoshop to manipulate and optimize images, ensuring a visually appealing and efficient online presence.
- Managed my personal queue efficiently and maintained transparent communication with team members through SalesForce, updating them on the status of various cases.
- Noteworthy achievements during the four-month internship include the completion of over 300 client cases, 120+ blog posts, additionally the creation of 20+ new pages, and 150+ site edits.
Cellcom
April 2023 – September 2023: Web Content Specialist (temporary assignment)
- Successfully transferred content from over 1000 pages from an old website to a new one using Drupal, meticulously formatting each page for consistency.
- All tasks were accomplished ahead of schedule, showcasing my excellent time management skills.
- As part of ongoing contributions, I also undertook additional web projects, specifically focusing on enhancing the accessory and device pages for the new website. These efforts were executed with a commitment to quality and adherence to project deadlines.
